Call out Notes
- Called Number - no need to indicate contact number if number called is available in SMS and based on SAF
- Items Discussed - unnecessary to indicate the plan and number of boxes if indicated in SAF (will put notes all discrepancies between SAF and call out)
- Email address, Address (Billing & Installation) - no need to indicate if written in SAF / if during call out there are discrepancies - AO will indicate based on SAF and put necessary details in SMS field accurately.
Activation Notes
- Plan Avail, Number of Boxes and Promotion are no longer mandatory
- HPA and Ticket Number will retain
